So I painted this to practice background concept art. I really want to be a concept artist over all so someone from Bioware told me that I need to start painting concept art stuff and not just pretty faces of women. Really good advice so this is the first piece in many in my practice for concept art.

Was able to work with the beautiful and lovely Angie Starks from Starks Photography, an Indianapolis Local Business. Very pleasant person to be around. I was able to just chat with her for an hour in a half talking about weddings and dresses. My Fiance and I are getting married next year so, it was awesome that she was trying to help me out with inspiration. I highly recommend anyone to work with her when it comes to photography. She was really easy to work with too. One of my best clients ever!

This was a short test I did with Maya and composting live footage into a 3d world. I had to texture, model, animate, everything that is going on in this scene. I also came up with the song. Didn’t make the beat though but I have made beats and scores before. I got that beat from soundclicks.com Not sure who the artist is though. But besides that, everything else was all me. Made the background Designs for a music video for New song Single From Romanian actress, Victoria’s Secret model, & singer Alina Puscau.It was a really awesome experience. I was first expose to the work flow of an animation studio and learned a lot of animation techniques from awesome people. It was a team effort by Derrick Dawson by artbydawson.com and Brian Phillips from thebasement.tv
Worked on this cartoon with good friend Chris Perkins. He need some help with the lip syncs for Drake and Lil Wayne. Chris is a super fun, hard working fellow and you can see that through his work. You can check him out at www.guttamind.com This was done mostly in Flash.
So over the weekend, I was a part of the 49 hour animation contest where you make an animation in two days. It’s base on the 48 hour film contest, but with an extra hour for render time. But we had a blast. I was teamed up with Kim Sharpe, Caleb N Fruin, Staffon Santiago, Byron Scott Elliot Jr. Caleb and I had a dance battle while we were waiting to be useful. All taken place at the Art Institute of Indianapolis.
